Tier-1 panels & inverters we install
Your system is contractually guaranteed to deliver ≥80% of design generation every year. Falls short? We compensate the gap on your bill. Period.
Every Solarsite system ships with 2 years of free AMC — fortnightly cleaning, thermal scans, IV-curve testing, inverter health checks. Most competitors charge ₹2,000–4,000/kW for this.
PM Surya Ghar registration, DISCOM net-metering, subsidy follow-up, PSU loan facilitation — handled by us. You sign three forms. We do the rest.
Inverter down on a Sunday afternoon? An engineer is at your gate within 48 hours, with a loaner unit if needed. Written into your contract.
No lump-sum quotes. You see every panel, every cable, every clamp — itemised in rupees. If the BOQ changes, you sign off.
Every month, a single WhatsApp: "You generated 612 kWh, saved ₹5,508, offset 502 kg CO₂." No app to download. No login to forget.
From a 2 kW system on a Mumbai chawl rooftop to a 15 kW system on a Gurgaon farmhouse — Solarsite handles the full residential range. ALMM-listed mono-PERC or TOPCon panels, hybrid inverters with battery-ready architecture.
Commercial tariffs in India range from ₹8 to ₹12 per unit. A solar rooftop converts that bill into a 3-year payback asset that runs for 25 years. We design for shadow-free capacity, integrate with your existing electrical room, and certify under MNRE / DISCOM norms.
Industrial roofs are India's largest untapped power plant. Solarsite installs from 100 kW to multi-MW systems with civil-engineered mounting, SCADA-grade monitoring, and an ESCO option where we put up the capex and you pay only for units consumed.
Solarsite is an empanelled vendor under PM-KUSUM Component B and C. We install solar-powered submersible pumps, agri-feeder solarisation, and grid-connected farm rooftops directly across Haryana and Rajasthan — with up to 75% subsidy in Haryana via HAREDA. For other states, our channel partners take over with the same paperwork & warranty promise.
Indian generation data — 4.0–4.5 units per kW per day for North India, 4.5–5.0 for the South. Real numbers, not optimistic ones.
Dust on a North-Indian rooftop can drop generation by 8–15% in a month. Inverter caps degrade. Cables loosen. Birds nest. Solarsite AMC keeps your system at peak — measurably.

Three Solarsite customers. Different states, different scales, same outcome — a meter running backwards.
"My 7.5 HP submersible used to burn ₹16,000–18,000 of diesel a month in season — and the queue at the pump was longer than the irrigation channel. Solarsite surveyed my baithak roof and the tubewell shed, and put up a 20 kW system in 9 days. They filed my PM-KUSUM Component-C papers themselves; I only signed three forms. Now my pump runs free, the farmhouse runs free, and the cold-storage I built for my mustard last year runs free. DHBVN's net-meter pays me about ₹3,800 every quarter. Zero bill — and a small income on top."
"We are a joint family in a double-storey kothi in Charkhi Dadri — three ACs, two fridges, RO, geysers, the works. DHBVN was charging us nearly ₹9 per unit on the upper slab and the bill was crossing ₹8,500 in summer. Solarsite came, did a drone survey, and put up a 6 kW system on my front-side terrace in 4 days flat. The TOPCon bifacial panels generate about 32 units every day — that's nearly ₹300 of electricity a day, around ₹9,000 a month. They filed the PM Surya Ghar paperwork and the ₹78,000 subsidy hit my account in 24 days. The WhatsApp savings report every Monday is honestly the highlight of my week."
"We run a manufacturing unit in Sector 3, Bawana — injection-moulding machines, compressors, lighting across two sheds, two shifts a day. Our Tata Power-DDL bill was hitting ₹70,000+ every month at ₹9.40 per unit, and during cuts the diesel genset would burn another ₹2,000 an hour. Solarsite surveyed the factory roof with drones, navigated the shadow from the neighbour's water tank using a tilted bifacial layout, and put up a 40 kW system in 11 days flat. They handled the TPDDL net-metering, the structural NOC, and the fire-safety clearance. First-year savings: ₹6.1 lakh. With 40% accelerated depreciation in Year 1, the payback came under three years. Best of all — their engineer still walks in once a month for a site check, even after a year. That's unheard of in this industry."
An engineer visits, measures shadow-free area with a Solmetric SunEye, and inspects your roof load.
You receive a 3-D layout, single-line diagram, and a panel-by-panel BOQ in rupees. No surprises later.
We register you on PM Surya Ghar, file with your DISCOM, and connect you to a PSU loan officer if needed.
Our certified team installs panels, mounting, inverter, cabling, and earthing — typically 3–5 days for residential.
We coordinate the DISCOM net-meter swap and commissioning. You get a meter that spins both ways.
Monthly WhatsApp savings report. Quarterly cleaning. 24×7 support. For 25 years.
Most homeowners don't claim the subsidy — not because they don't qualify, but because the portals are confusing. Solarsite handles every step.

We grew slowly, on purpose. Every Solarsite system was designed, installed and commissioned by our own crew — no franchise hand-offs, no anonymous installers. Three years in: 90 commissioned sites totalling exactly 1 MW across Haryana, Delhi NCR and Rajasthan — quietly displacing 1,230 tonnes of CO₂ a year from the coal grid.
For projects outside our direct footprint, Solarsite activates vetted channel partners under our QA protocol. Same Tier-1 BOQ, same paperwork promise, same 80% PR generation guarantee — backed by us. You sign one contract with Solarsite, not three with strangers.
Approximately 300–350 sq.ft. of shadow-free roof. With bifacial TOPCon panels at ~22% efficiency, you get more watts per square foot than older mono-PERC. We confirm exact area during the free site survey.
Yes — panels generate even on cloudy days, just at 30–60% of peak. Annual generation accounts for monsoon. In Delhi/NCR, you'll average 4.0–4.2 units per kW per day across the year. In Bengaluru, ~4.5. We design for annual yield, not best-case.
Your DISCOM installs a bidirectional meter. When your panels generate more than you consume, the surplus exports to the grid and your meter spins backwards. You're billed only for net consumption monthly, with a final settlement annually. Solarsite handles the entire net-metering paperwork with Tata Power-DDL, BSES Rajdhani, BSES Yamuna, DHBVN, UHBVN and JVVNL — and our channel partners cover the rest of India.
Mono-PERC: mainstream, ~20% efficiency, being phased out. TOPCon: 22–23% efficiency, better low-light performance, current best choice. Bifacial: panels generate from both sides — adds 5–15% yield on white roofs and ground-mounts. We recommend TOPCon bifacial for most installs.
Solarsite uses railed mounting with EPDM gaskets — no roof penetration on RCC. For metal roofs, we use clamp-on systems. Mounting carries a 10-year structural warranty and a 2-year roof-leak warranty. We also conduct a load-bearing study before install.
Every Solarsite system includes a Wi-Fi monitoring dongle and a Solarsite dashboard. You see live generation, daily yield, and lifetime savings. Plus a monthly WhatsApp summary. If yield drops below the design, our system flags it and an engineer is dispatched.
Yes — we install hybrid inverters by default for residential, so you can add lithium battery storage (LFP) any time. Pricing is ~₹35,000–₹50,000 per kWh. With battery, you stay powered through outages and can shift to fully off-grid.
Panels are warranted to deliver ≥80% of original output at year 25. Most last 30+ years at slightly reduced output. The inverter is typically replaced once around year 10–12. We honour AMC contracts for the system's lifetime and offer module-replacement upgrades after year 20.
Free site survey. Itemised BOQ. No-pressure quote. We won't even call you twice.
