Warranty-friendly installation discipline

Module warranty claims fail when documentation is sloppy. Solarsite's standard install pack ships you, the OEM, with: module-level serial-number map, IV-curve baseline at commissioning, thermography snapshot, torque values for every clamp, and DC-side oscilloscope traces. When a claim does come, you have evidence — not a phone call.

Bundled AMC = lower field-failure rate

Modules degrade faster on dirty, hot, badly-grounded rooftops. Every Solarsite install ships with a 2-year AMC by default and an upsell to a Pro/Industrial plan. Translation: fortnightly cleaning, annual thermal scans, IV-curve audits. Your modules spend their lifetime in spec — fewer warranty claims, longer effective lifetime, better Net Promoter for your brand.

We name your brand on the install — not bury it. Every customer dashboard, WhatsApp savings report and physical commissioning certificate shows the OEM logo, model name, and warranty number.     Bulk dispatch to our Gurgaon / Jaipur / Bawana warehouses. We sign on QC: physical inspection, EL test on a sample lot, serial-number map digitised, anti-counterfeit verification.

    Solarsite designs the project

    BOQ, structural design and shadow analysis are done by our PV engineers. Your panels are paired with the right inverter (Sungrow / Solis / Growatt) and balance-of-system, validated for IEC 61730/61215 compliance.

    We install, document, commission

    CEIG-certified crew installs to OEM tolerances. Every module's serial logs to GPS coordinates of its mount. IV-curve, thermography, megger, and earth-resistance reports produced at commissioning — copy goes to OEM, customer, and our cloud.

    Lifetime O&M keeps modules in spec

    2-year AMC ships free; most customers upgrade. Cleaning logs, anomaly alerts, and warranty-trigger events feed back to OEM dashboards — you see how your modules age, by SKU, by region.
